There isn’t any Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (shampoo to you and me!) in ANOUSTA toothpaste. SLS/SLES is a base ingredient used in most shampoo and now added to many commercial toothpastes. This is what makes the commercial toothpaste foam in your mouth and force you to spit out at frequent intervals!.
Although it may take a day or two to get used to ANOUSTA MOUTH FRIENDLY TOOTHPASTE not foaming in your mouth, it is soon clear that it is a lot more pleasant. Inside your your mouth it will start to feel more comfortable and softer/smoother.
There isn’t any “dreaded” Triclosan (look at the ingredients section of this website) or industrial fluoride in ANOUSTA toothpaste. We believe that we are getting far too much fluoride in out bodies every day from many other sources. We need approximately 1gm daily and some of us may be taking in as much as 12-17gm in to our bodies daily!
Depending on the actual weight of toothpaste, each jar, although filled almost to the top, will contain between 87-95gm.

There are three types of ANOUSTA toothpaste available and they are all manufactured by ANOUSTA PRODUCTS
Peppermint without Salt
Most commonly used and the most popular. This is a good cleaning toothpaste with a subtle taste of English Peppermint – an Essential Oil that has not been sprayed with herbicides or pesticides. The paste is soft and refreshing to use.
Peppermint with Salt
Different in composition to the above ANOUSTA toothpaste as it has a slightly more abrasive paste with a little sea salt imported from Ile de Re in France. This naturally harvested sea salt contains over 90 minerals and is very different from table salt.
Rea, fresh, sea salt is excellent for mouths suffering from ulcers or for bleeding and receding gums. Dramatic effects have been witnessed in just a short amount of time by people who have heavily stained teeth caused by nicotine, caffeine, red wine etc.
Mandarin
Flavoured with the gentle taste of Mandarin, this toothpaste is suitable for those Homoeopathy. It is also adored by children.
Not all children like Peppermint and up to the age of 7, many children seem to prefer the taste of Mandarin. It is called the “Childrens Oil” after all. Having said that, there are many adults who prefer the taste of Mandarin Oil and choose this ANOUSTA toothpaste instead.

THE BLOTTING TOOTHBRUSH
This is not new technology…it was invented in the 1970s in the USA by Dr Phillips.
STAGE 1 Put the dry toothpaste into your chosen ANOUSTA toothbrush and tap the teeth as opposed to brushing them horizontally. Spend two minutes doing this. Each fibre of the toothbrush is in fact hollow and it draws out deep seated plaque from the teeth. Rinse the mouth as normal.
STAGE 2 Good teeth will only stay in good condition if they are held firmly by the gums, otherwise they’ll be in a glass by your bed. To stimulate the gums and beat receeding gums then use the ANOUSTA toothpaste brush down the gums onto the teeth with the brush. This brings more blood flow and oxygen to the gums and you will notice that they get more pink and healthy looking as the days go by.
***Do this proceedure twice a day. We both do this and it really does work but people often resist change****
FINAL TIP Once a week hold a small amount SILVER SHIELD GEL in your mouth for 6 minutes to kill any bacteria that you might just have missed and AVOID those expensive trips to the Dentist. After 6 minutes just swallow it.

I had periodontal surgery 18 years ago, and at that time my surgeon started my Blotting “routine”. It takes a few minutes each day, but I have had no sign of gum disease since the surgery.
