OMEGA 3
Many of us know that Omega 3 is an important essential fatty acid needed for good health but not everyone knows it is so important for that all important healthy shiny hair!
Whilst Omega 3 is vital for it’s anti-inflammatory action ( from Eczema and Asthma, Arthritis to Colitis) but is it also vital to give us more flexible, soft velvety skin and healthy shiny, soft hair.
It reduces hunger and cravings, helps kill infectious organisms, helps wounds to heal, increases IQ in children and gives us greater alertness from fatigue and better mood and concentration to name but a few wonderful benefits.
Professional advise on how much to take is always recommended but it is usually suggested we take a minimum of 2000mg

This conditioner is very different to most of the hair conditioners out there in the market place.
It does NOT rely on Mineral Oil (Liquid Paraffin) to” smooth” or coat the hair shaft. It contains a high quantity of D-Panthenol. D-Panthenol is Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) which is a clear, colourless, odourless liquid.
It penetrates into hair follicles and strands of hair creating a protective film and making the hair soft an pliable. Different experiments with D-Panthenol have shown that it …..
1) Promotes cellular growth which speeds healing in the case of burns, acne, sores, etc
2) Soothes itchiness and infections of e.g the scalp
3) Is antibacterial
4) Increases pigment production and reduces the damaging effects of sunlight.
It is true to say that it is currently a “fashionable” ingredient in hair products under the name of Pantothenic acid or Pro vitamin B5.
This conditioner is also rich in Vitamin E and organic Olive Oil. Vitamin E’s most important task is to counteract oxidation (rancidity) in fats and oils as well as prevent the occurrence of free radicals.
Balsam is a liquid hair Conditioner and Castor Oil or Ricinus Communis is vegetable oil which is extracted from the Castor Bean. This wonderful oil that does not go rancid quickly and adds weight and lustre to the finished product.
At the current time there are no added Essential Oils but the customer can always add a few drops of their favourite Essential Oil suitable for hair. Use into a jug of warm water and rinse off their hair leaving a scent to their freshly washed and conditioned hair.
Only a small amount is needed of this hair Conditioner and it will last quite a long time in your bathroom. Do not leave sitting on a hot bathroom windowsill !! This applies to all bathroom/body care products as they will ruin in high temperatures.
